Eric is the former Director of Entrance Operations for Universal Orlando Resort. During his tenure with Universal, Eric oversaw the Admissions, and Operations Administration and Programs teams for both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. Eric guided all strategic sales and operational support for both theme parks. Below are a select few of Eric’s many accomplishments:

  • Increased revenue at Universal Orlando’s front gate by $155 Million over a 5-year period.
  • Designed a program to curtail ticket fraud and, as a result, saved the Company over $10 Million per year.
  • Instituted departmental and global initiatives to enhance guest and team member satisfaction.

Paul Gibbons is a seasoned expert on systems and information technology. Paul’s command of systems like Microsoft Business Intelligence allows him to create stunningly beautiful and intuitive reports that allow the user easily understand otherwise complex metrics. He has an extensive background in Sales, Executive Search, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Event Management, and Database Structure. Paul has a degree in Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University.

She has worked with many industry leaders including The Walt Disney Company, Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, and MGM International. Throughout her career, Melea has implemented an array of Guest Satisfaction initiatives designed to elevate the Guest Experience and employee behavior. Melea’s customer service background includes hotel front desks, call center operations, and help desks.
